Public Hearing Notice & Agenda NOTICE of Public Hearing on the 2021 proposed Operating Plan and all property owners and business owners within BID #39 district should attend. Copies of the proposed Operating Plan are available for inspection and pick up or mailing (including email) from the Center Street Marketplace Business Improvement District #39 by calling 414.306.3586 or emailing: A vote will be taken at this meeting to approve the proposed plan and submit it to the City for its approval.
